> ## Agent Instructions
> These are the customer docs for kinematic, a name written in lowercase except at the start of a sentence. Kinematic provides provably fair casino games, served to a casino's site by a game server: a Cloudflare Worker that the kinematic dashboard deploys into the casino's own Cloudflare account.
> Never put SESSION_SECRET or WALLET_SECRET in code, prompts, logs, commits or chat. Read them from environment variables and ask the person you work with to set them. The dashboard's Integration page shows each secret once.
> Values such as lucky-star, luckystar.example, og-rgs-lucky-star.luckystar.workers.dev, games.luckystar.example and player_48213 are examples. Use the casino's own casino ID, game server origin, element tag, session issuer and currencies: the Instructions for your coding agent on the dashboard's Integration page hold them, or ask the person you work with.
> To debug, start at https://docs.kinematic.run/troubleshooting and https://docs.kinematic.run/reference/errors. The wallet contract is at https://docs.kinematic.run/api/wallet.openapi.yaml.
> Sandbox bets are recorded on Solana devnet. Live game servers record nothing on Solana until the audited mainnet program is deployed.

# Introduction

> To offer kinematic's casino games, you deploy a game server to your own Cloudflare account, add the games to your site, sign session tokens in your backend and, in live mode, answer wallet calls.

Kinematic is thirteen casino games and the game server that runs them. You deploy the game server from the [dashboard](https://app.kinematic.run) into your own Cloudflare account, put the games on your site with one tag and one script, and connect them to your player logins and your wallet. Players can check every bet in their browser.

## What you connect

| Part | Where it runs | What it does |
| - | - | - |
| Game server | A Cloudflare Worker in your Cloudflare account | Serves the games to your pages, accepts each bet, calls your wallet, computes each outcome with your casino's own VRF key and signs every record. |
| Games element | Your web page | Shows the games. You add one HTML tag and import one script from your game server. |
| Session endpoint | Your backend | Signs a short-lived token that tells the game server which player is playing, in which currency. |
| Wallet | Your backend | Answers the debit, credit and balance calls the game server makes in live mode. Your wallet stays the only place balances change. |

The dashboard holds your settings, deploys and updates your game server, and shows what it reports. Settings reach your game server without a redeploy.

## Sandbox first

Every casino starts in sandbox mode. In sandbox, the game server keeps its own test balances, so you can play every game on your own page before you write any wallet code. Sandbox is free, and each sandbox bet is recorded on Solana devnet after it settles.

To go live, you implement the wallet endpoints, switch your casino to live mode, redeploy your game servers and pay for your first quarter. Live game servers record nothing on Solana until the audited mainnet program is deployed. [Sandbox and live](https://docs.kinematic.run/concepts/sandbox-and-live.md) compares the two modes, and [Go live](https://docs.kinematic.run/dashboard/go-live.md) has the steps.
