> ## Agent Instructions
> These are the customer docs for kinematic, a name written in lowercase except at the start of a sentence. Kinematic provides provably fair casino games, served to a casino's site by a game server: a Cloudflare Worker that the kinematic dashboard deploys into the casino's own Cloudflare account.
> Never put SESSION_SECRET or WALLET_SECRET in code, prompts, logs, commits or chat. Read them from environment variables and ask the person you work with to set them. The dashboard's Integration page shows each secret once.
> Values such as lucky-star, luckystar.example, og-rgs-lucky-star.luckystar.workers.dev, games.luckystar.example and player_48213 are examples. Use the casino's own casino ID, game server origin, element tag, session issuer and currencies: the Instructions for your coding agent on the dashboard's Integration page hold them, or ask the person you work with.
> To debug, start at https://docs.kinematic.run/troubleshooting and https://docs.kinematic.run/reference/errors. The wallet contract is at https://docs.kinematic.run/api/wallet.openapi.yaml.
> Sandbox bets are recorded on Solana devnet. Live game servers record nothing on Solana until the audited mainnet program is deployed.

# Go live

> Switch your casino from sandbox to live: a tested wallet, live mode with your wallet URL and https origins, Check my wallet, a redeploy of each game server, a first live bet and your first quarter.

Going live moves your game servers from their own test balances to your wallet. **Home** lists it as the last two steps of `Launch your casino`: **Switch to live mode**, then **Pay for your first quarter**. Start once the first three are done: your casino is set up, your game server reports, and a bet placed on your own page has settled in sandbox. Only owners and admins can make the dashboard changes below.

**1. Build and test your wallet**

Your wallet answers `/debit`, `/credit` and `/balance` at an https URL, with atomic idempotency, and passes the cases in [Test your integration](https://docs.kinematic.run/integrate/testing.md#your-wallet). See [Connect your wallet](https://docs.kinematic.run/integrate/wallet.md).

**2. Switch to live mode**

In [Settings](https://docs.kinematic.run/dashboard/settings.md#mode), under **Mode**, choose **Live**, enter your **Wallet URL**, for example `https://wallet.luckystar.example/kinematic/`, and select **Save**. Check on **Games** that your currencies and limits are the ones you take real money in.

Live mode accepts only https pages. If an allowed origin is not https, the section lists it before you save, with what the same save does to it: an `http` origin of a public site moves to https, and one such as `localhost` is removed. Check that the origins left are the pages that show the games to your players.

Saving changes nothing for players yet. The dashboard answers `Live mode is saved.` and asks you to redeploy, and your game servers keep running in sandbox until you redeploy them.

**3. Run Check my wallet**

On **Integration**, open **Connect your wallet**. Under **Check my wallet**, enter a **Test player ID** your wallet knows, choose a **Currency** and select **Check my wallet**. Every check must pass; the step then shows **Done**. See [Check my wallet](https://docs.kinematic.run/integrate/testing.md#check-my-wallet).

**4. Redeploy each game server**

On **Game server**, each card says `This game server runs in sandbox mode and your casino is set to live. Redeploy it to switch.` Select **Redeploy in live mode** on each one. Once its deploy finishes, the game server takes your live settings and calls your wallet. Automatic updates never switch a game server's mode.

**5. Place a small live bet**

On **Game server**, select **Check now** on each card: **Mode** reads **Live**. Then play a few rounds with a real player account that holds a small balance, and compare the balance the game shows with your ledger after each bet.

**6. Pay for your first quarter**

On **Billing**, select **Pay for your first quarter** and pay your tier's fee for three months in USDC, USDT or SOL. See [Billing](https://docs.kinematic.run/dashboard/billing.md).

> [!TIP]
>
> Your casino is live. Bets debit and credit your wallet, and the [Live](https://docs.kinematic.run/dashboard/live-monitor.md) page shows them as they settle. With all five launch steps done, **Home** shows your last 24 hours, your newest bets and the state of each game server.

## What changes for players

* Balances come from your wallet, and your wallet's receipts drive every number the game shows.
* Live bets are not recorded on Solana until the audited mainnet program is deployed, so their proofs have no Solana row. Every other check in the Provably fair dialog works as in sandbox.
* Every player starts fresh, including player IDs that played in sandbox: the balance is your wallet's, and no sandbox bet or payout reaches your wallet. Sandbox bets stay in sandbox: the **Live** page and **Home** show live bets only, and Home's checklist waits for your first live bet.
* Live games use new keys: a new VRF key decides live outcomes, and players' browsers keep their live proofs apart from their sandbox ones.

## If something goes wrong

On **Game server**, select **Stop new bets** and confirm. Your game servers refuse every new bet; bets already placed still settle, and credits to your wallet go on. **Accept new bets again** reverses it.

If a redeploy fails, the card shows the reason and the game server keeps running in sandbox; fix the cause and deploy again. To find what fails once you are live, read `Errors in the last 24 hours` on [Live](https://docs.kinematic.run/dashboard/live-monitor.md) and select **Check now** on each game server's card, then look the codes up in [Errors](https://docs.kinematic.run/reference/errors.md) and [Troubleshooting](https://docs.kinematic.run/troubleshooting.md).
